When it comes to finding IT support in Calgary for your small business its best if you give it a little bit of thought. Here are some services features you should consider in when making your choice.
1. Do they provide backup services for my corporate data? With the advent of offsite backup through the internet, IT service companies in Calgary are now starting to provide backup services. This means you don't need to run a tape back-up system anymore, it's all done through the network on a daily basis, and it's a lot more cost effective and reliable. 2. Do they have remote desktop support? With remote services your business will have the availability of having tech-support on demand anywhere there is an internet connection. So say outlook is acting up and you cannot receive your email, you have no idea why. Call up your IT support company and asked them to fix the issue, they'll remote into your computer fix the issue and you'll be up and running in no time. You're charged for a 10min service call as opposed to 2 hours, if someone had to visit.
